I’m Annette Frotjold, a passionate energy healer and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience in branding and communications - now combining creativity with spirituality.

Alongside my corporate journey, I’ve been practicing energy healing for several years now. I’m currently studying to become a Level 3 Geo Love healer, and I also offer Reiki healings. The most beautiful reward I receive is witnessing real and often immediate shifts in the people I work with - seeing them reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and feel lighter and more at peace.

My professional path began in Italy, where I earned a bachelor’s in communication sciences and led marketing for an EPC company in energy, oil & gas, and shipping. I then spent ten years with Rolls-Royce, refining my expertise in high-level branding and strategic communications.

More recently, during my time at Aker, I supported three different companies with tailored brand and marketing strategies. I came to realize that not every business needs a full-time marketer—but they do need someone who can see the essence of their brand and bring their story to life. That insight inspired me to start my own business, where I now offer flexible, intuitive marketing support to companies ready for meaningful transformation.

In parallel, I offer energy healing to individuals—supporting them on their personal journey of transformation. It’s a powerful combination. Healing helps us feel more grounded, creative, and confident—not just in our private lives, but also in business. It allows us to manage stress, speak with clarity, and show up more fully in leadership, teamwork, and life. Most importantly, it opens the heart. When that happens, our relationships shift—becoming more authentic, connected, and loving.
