Sacred Geometry in energy healings
The language of creation, remembered within you
Sacred geometry is the universal language of creation: the intelligent patterns, proportions and forms through which energy becomes structure, life and matter.
These patterns can be seen everywhere, in flowers, crystals, shells, the human body, DNA, planets and galaxies. Mathematics, music, DNA, sacred geometry and even binary code can be understood as different languages expressing an underlying intelligence: simple patterns organising themselves into infinitely complex forms.
In energy healing, sacred geometry is used as a tool for coherence, balance and reconnection. Just as a clear code or structure helps a computer organise information correctly, sacred geometry is used in energy healing to bring greater order and coherence to the energetic body. It can support the release of old emotional patterns, stress and blocked energy, allowing your system to return to a more balanced and natural state.
I use sacred geometry in Geo Love Healing to support the clearing of old emotional imprints, limiting beliefs and blocked energy. Rather than forcing change, it invites your system to return to a more natural state of alignment, wholeness and flow. The Flower of Life
A sacred blueprint of unity, harmony and remembrance
The Flower of Life is one of the most recognised symbols of sacred geometry. Formed by interconnected circles, it represents the way all life is woven together: energy becoming form, individual expressions arising from one Source, and creation continuously expanding from a single point.
It is often described as a blueprint of life itself. Within its pattern are the seeds of many other sacred geometric forms, reflecting the order, rhythm and intelligence that can be found throughout nature and the universe.
A simple modern comparison is binary code. Through patterns of only 0 and 1, computer systems create entire digital worlds, images, sound, language, websites and communication. In the same way, the Flower of Life reminds us that creation can arise from simple, intelligent patterns unfolding into infinite expression.
The Flower of Life reminds you of what has always been present beneath the layers of life: your own inner harmony, intelligence and connection. You are not separate from the pattern of creation. You are a living expression of it.
The Sri Yantra
A map of the universe and a gateway to divine love
The Sri Yantra is often described as a map of the universe: a visual expression of how creation unfolds from one point of pure consciousness into the many layers of life, energy and form.
Its interlocking triangles represent the union of divine masculine and feminine energies, stillness and movement, consciousness and creation, Shiva and Shakti. At its centre lies the bindu, the single point from which all creation arises and to which all energy returns.
Where the Flower of Life reflects the interconnectedness of all life, the Sri Yantra is a path inward: from the outer world of experience, through ever-deeper layers of awareness, to the still centre of Source.
In energy healing, the Sri Yantra is used to support alignment with the highest frequency of divine, unconditional love. It can help create a powerful energetic space for release, activation, healing and spiritual remembrance.
The Metatron’s Cube
A symbol of protection, balance and divine order
Metatron’s Cube is formed from thirteen interconnected circles, with lines connecting their centres. Within this elegant structure are the five Platonic solids, the geometric forms traditionally associated with the fundamental elements of creation.
For this reason, Metatron’s Cube is often seen as a symbol of the underlying order of the universe: the point where spirit, energy and matter meet.
The symbol is named after Metatron, an angelic figure in mystical traditions who is associated with wisdom, divine guidance and the bridge between the unseen and the physical world. Metatron’s Cube represents the idea that even apparent chaos contains an intelligent pattern.
Its interconnected lines and forms symbolise the restoration of order where energy has become scattered, heavy or distorted. Metatron’s Cube is a reminder that beneath the noise, there is order. Beneath fear, there is light. And within you, there is an intelligent blueprint waiting to be remembered.
The Mercaba
Your vehicle of light, balance and spiritual expansion
The Merkaba is formed by two interlocking tetrahedra, one pointing upward and one pointing downward. Together, they create a three-dimensional star shape, often called a star tetrahedron.
The upward-pointing tetrahedron is commonly associated with the divine, higher consciousness and spiritual energy. The downward-pointing tetrahedron represents the physical body, grounding and life on Earth. Where they meet is the heart: the place where spirit and matter, heaven and Earth, come into balance.
The word Merkaba is often interpreted as “light, spirit and body.” It represents the idea that we are not only physical beings, but multidimensional beings of energy, consciousness and love.
The Pyramid
A sacred structure of balance, embodiment and divine potential
The pyramids’ shape draws energy from a wide, stable base towards a single point at the top, symbolising the journey from the physical world towards higher consciousness, clarity and connection with Source.
A pyramid is also a tetrahedron, a three-dimensional form made from four equal triangular faces. In sacred geometry, the equilateral triangle represents harmony and divine equilibrium: each point is equally connected to the others, creating a structure of perfect balance.
The tetrahedron carries this harmony into three dimensions - the three dimensional world. It reminds us that the spiritual and the physical are not separate. Within the density of everyday life, the body and the material world, there is an intelligent and balanced divine pattern waiting to be remembered. The pyramid teaches that our highest self does not need to be found somewhere outside of us. It already lives within us, often hidden beneath fear, old identities, survival patterns and the demands of the physical world.
A pyramid has a strong foundation, yet it reaches upwards. In the same way, healing is not about leaving your human life behind. It is about becoming more fully present within it, rooted in the Earth, open to higher guidance and able to let your inner light take form in the world. The pyramid reminds you that your highest self is not distant. It is the sacred pattern already living within you, waiting to be embodied.
